These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and AsiaWin ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at asiawin.cam ("Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the AsiaWin Platform — including its sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, lottery, and any other gaming features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

AsiaWin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an account on the AsiaWin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. AsiaWin strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement for all registered Members. Minors are absolutely prohibited from using this Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any exclusion requested through AsiaWin's own Responsible Gambling tools.
• You have not previously had an AsiaWin account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling carries financial risk and accept that risk voluntarily.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the AsiaWin Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for updating this information if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

AsiaWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4.3 Account Currency

All AsiaWin accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the applicable rate at time of transaction).

The AsiaWin Platform is made available strictly for personal, recreational online gambling purposes. By using this Platform you agree to the following usage conditions:

• You will only use the Platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or participate in any fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security, age verification, or anti-fraud measures implemented by AsiaWin.
• You will not access or attempt to access the accounts of other Members.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, impair, or overburden AsiaWin's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• You will not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from AsiaWin.

6.1 Deposits

AsiaWin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow QR, FPX direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source will be reversed without notice, and the account subject to review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposit where applicable.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of associated funds.
• Verified accounts in good standing are eligible for same-day processing via DuitNow and FPX.
• AsiaWin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request above a defined threshold.

6.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions are conducted in MYR. AsiaWin does not levy processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to applicable network fees.

AsiaWin offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the stated timeframe will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold multiple active deposit bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: AsiaWin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms, including — but not limited to — multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Eligibility: Promotion eligibility may vary by VIP tier, payment method, or account status. AsiaWin reserves the right to withdraw or alter promotional offers at any time.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the AsiaWin Platform, including pre-match, live (in-play), Mix Parlay, and accumulator markets:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive explicit on-screen confirmation and the relevant amount has been deducted from your account balance. AsiaWin reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error or human error, provided notice is given within a reasonable time.

8.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has elapsed, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and other football markets, the minimum valid match duration is 90 minutes unless otherwise stated.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting lines are subject to suspension at any time without notice, including during periods of significant in-game developments. AsiaWin accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to live market suspension.

8.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant sportsbook section. AsiaWin reserves the right to cap winnings on any single bet or accumulator at the stated maximum, regardless of the odds at time of placement.

All casino games offered on the AsiaWin Platform — including live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slots, poker, lottery, and bingo — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-stream dealer studios audited by independent third-party testing agencies.

• Game-specific rules, RTPs (return-to-player percentages), and minimum/maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, AsiaWin's server records shall be the definitive record for determining the outcome and settlement of that round.
• AsiaWin shall not be responsible for interruptions to live dealer streams caused by third-party provider outages. Affected rounds will be reviewed and settled in accordance with the provider's rules.
• Progressive jackpot games operate under separate rules published within the respective game. Jackpot wins above a defined threshold may be subject to additional verification before payment.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your AsiaWin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. AsiaWin recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Log out from the Platform after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

AsiaWin will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our security team immediately at [email protected].

AsiaWin accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

AsiaWin is committed to maintaining the integrity of its Platform for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game format.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from AsiaWin.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical bug, pricing error, or platform malfunction for financial gain.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. AsiaWin is legally required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Upon discovery of any Prohibited Conduct, AsiaWin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), void all associated bets and bonuses, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and take legal action where warranted.

AsiaWin takes its duty of care to Members seriously. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum acceptable loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after specified periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from the Platform. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours of request and may not be reversed during the exclusion period.

AsiaWin enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement. Gambling is intended solely for adult entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a means to address financial difficulties.

All content on the AsiaWin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of AsiaWin or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes as permitted under these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, or publication of any Platform content.

The AsiaWin brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of AsiaWin. Use of these marks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AsiaWin and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events outside AsiaWin's reasonable control.
• The accuracy or completeness of any sports results, live data feeds, or market information displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on advice given by any AsiaWin support representative that falls outside the scope of account administration.
• Losses sustained as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude AsiaWin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

AsiaWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the AsiaWin support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to a verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding account review.

AsiaWin reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will carry an updated Effective Date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the AsiaWin Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the terms of AsiaWin's operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between AsiaWin and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through AsiaWin's internal complaints procedure. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. AsiaWin will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the matter may be escalated to an independent alternative dispute resolution body as directed by AsiaWin.
